Directions:
To facilitate absorption Solray-D utilizes a nanosphere liposome delivery system to ensure that the highest concentrations of active ingredients reach the binding sites (e.g. liver, kidneys, bone, heart and other soft tissues). Orally administered, spray 1-10 times daily depending on your healthcare practitioner's instructions.
Dosage:
Just one spray is equivalent to 1000iu which is a standard dosage, however current research suggests that between 4000 – 6000 IU of D3 are required daily to maintain good health.
