Directions:

DO NOT CHEW. Simply place mini-pellets in mouth and swallow with cool liquid. Do not take with hot liquids. Do not chew or take as a powder. Intake levels vary from 1/4 tsp. to one full tsp. two to three times a day with food. Store in a cool, dry area.
