Avocado oil ... 40mg (Persea Americana)
Tomato extract ... 8mg (Lycopersicon esculentum) with 6% Lycopene 16 mg Essential carrot oil
Other Ingredients: glycerol, vegetable capsule (natural vegetable cellulose, water)

Directions:

Take 1 to 2 capsules preferably not taken at mealtimes, with a large glass of water. Take 1 month before, during and after exposure to sun and all year for a natural tan.
